Training and Fitness

This is of course where the rubber hits the ground for any athlete or aspiring athlete.
Other than the training and workouts themselves we must also think about:

  • injury prevention (refer to Health and Recovery for more details on this)
  • knowledge about training and workouts – since you have been on the earth-plane for at least 5 decades I will assume you have a fair handle on all of this, but you might want to refer to Fast After 50 for some specific ideas on how to keep your fitness at a very high level as you age

We offer several tools to help with your training efforts and help you improve your fitness over time.

Here you find:

  • AI generated training plans
  • Time Trial and Training Activity Log
  • Time Trial Details and Protocols
  • Body Tracker
  • Consider using the Silver Wolf Activity Feed to ask other members for advice
  • Use the Support Request Form if you need help or feedback regarding your training

If you’re looking for something in addition to the above than please use the Make a Suggestion form here so we can get onto it.

In the Navigation column are links to these tools as well as links to all the platform sections.
