The Keeping Track Challenge
Over the years I’ve had many systems to keep track of my performances, recipes, training plans etc but they always seem to disappear somewhere after a while, often when a new PC comes into my life. Of course there’s Strava and before that, I used to track rides with “Ride with GPS” and runs with “Map my Run”.
Strava is great but at the end of the day is an app that records all activities without focusing on the core data I would like to analyse, some of which, is in the Garmin Connect app but not consolidated in a way to make it way to make it more useful.
Silver Wolf Fitness is the one place to keep your whole athlete world organised!
What we do at Silver Wolf Fitness
Currently we have one membership level: Wolf Pack
Later this year we will be introducing two additional member levels: Alpha Wolf and Lone Wolf, but don’t be concerned if you want to upgrade down the track you will be able to do so and your current funds will be credited against the new membership.
We provide all the tools you need to stay on the top of your game:
- Race Performance Trackers
- Personal Records (PRs)
- BMI tracker
- TT tracker for swims, rides and runs
- Competition Checklists
- Training plans
- Recipes for athletes
- Meal Plans
- Bicycle Log Book
And we’ll add others whenever we find the need OR get a request from one of our members
A monthly newsletter keeps you informed and inspired to keep on doing what you’re doing. The newsletter features a Silver Wolf Athlete every month.
The Social Aspect of being an Athlete
Being an athlete can be a challenge sometimes, because you’re always out there training or away competing and many of your family and even friends may not be the same way inclined. Having a network to tap into to talk “shop” and belonging to a group of like minded people is really important.
So we’re setting up a discussion forum and you can use our Advice Line to contact us with any issues you might need advice on.
Learning new Skills?
We will be developing a range of courses and first cab of the rank is a “Learn to mountain bike riding” course. This is a great course for people getting into bicycle riding but also for those of you who want to get a great foundation in mountain and gravel bike riding because it’s very different to road or triathlon time trial riding.
