Nutrition and Recovery
Maintaining good health is crucial and I’m sure you are interested in injury prevention, rehabilitation, proper nutrition, and recovery strategies.
Eating and sleeping well are of course cornerstones of good health and recovery and so is giving your body enough time between training activities and competitions.
We have tools available to you to help with this, such as a body tracker that will give you feedback how your diet is working and we have facilities to get the AI to create a meal plan for you and if you’re stuck on how to cook something from your meal plan than request a recipe or get onto the Silver Wolf Activity Feed to see what others are cooking up.
Of core concern here is of course:
- injury prevention
- recovery strategies – sleep, hydration, stretching and recovery time between activities
- health checks
- unwinding – a little hobby that doesn’t involve physical exertion (my hobby is fixing and restoring bicycles)
- meal planning and recipes so you can cook what yo like, cooking, there’s another nice little hobby I’m sure some of you enjoy
- race nutrition and hydration
