This form allows you to input all the required data needed so that the AI coach can create personalised training plan for you. Please keep in mind that the training plan you receive might not be perfect the first time around. We will be releasing a AI feedback form soon, which will allow to update the AI on how your training is progressing

Please make sure you enter / select a value in all fields and the AI should than generate your training plan when you arrive at the email field. After the training plan has been generated enter you email and click "Send to Me" and the plan will be emailed to you and saved in the database for future reference. If you don't have values for VO2 etc than just enter 0.

Give a brief description of the training you normally do in an average week
If you have any current issues give a brief description of them here and add any medical considerations such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension etc. And finally if you take any medications please list them here as well.
If you wear a Garmin or similar then enter these values.
Resting heart rate as given by your Garmin
This will help the AI understand your recovery requirements.
Work can also be volunteering, caring for others etc.
Choose here, which monthly TTs you want to be part of your training plan. For Triathletes this should be swim, ride and run.
The AI will need an idea of what improvement you're looking for. Eg I want to focus on improving my triathlon sprint distance swim, which currently is 20 minutes for the 750m.
